The hotel was huge and facilities were great, it had unbeatable location not far from the Magnificent Mile and public transport and theaters. The continental breakfast was included and had a great selection of food.

Phenomenal staff, fine check-in and executive bar. The room was absolutely perfect and impeccable, liked it. Everything was good during our stay but disappointing aspect was very tiny bathroom. Breakfast was lovely, there were fresh eggs, bread and fruit. Restaurant in hotel was affordable and the pool area was good.

Beautifully decorated well equipped rooms, good size bathroom, particularly good breakfast. I had quick lunch at Portillo's Hot Dogs, located minute walk from the hotel. The exceptional service and attention to detail from sweet staff. I had an incredible time and would stay here again.

A kitchen in the room was useful. It was next to Lake Michigan. There is the purple pig located in 10 minutes' walk, where you can eat. It had a pool for guests too. It was a 3-star hotel in every way.
